Prosecco DOC is entirely crafted at Ruffino’s two estates in Veneto, Ca’ del Duca and La Duchessa. Bursting with light, fresh, and fruity notes, this Prosecco is as vibrant as an Italian summer. Effortlessly elegant, irresistibly sparkling, and waiting to be discovered.
The grapes come from the Prosecco region in the northeast of Italy, famous for the production of sparkling wines.

Ruffino Sparkling applies a clear protocol for the production of its Prosecco. After pressing, the juice obtained from carefully selected grapes is frozen in order to ensure the availability of a high-end quality cuvée over time.
Before the sparkling process, the must and the white wine are blended and re-fermented in pressurized tanks according to the Charmat method. This process, which lasts about a month, guarantees a refined perlage and preserves the fruity aromas of the variety.
